I guess that today was my lucky day. The new wiper arm came. Went out and had it installed in about 15 minutes. The arms have 2 set screws that tighten onto a spline shaft. Took out the set screws and used a pair of chanel locks to wiggle the old arm off. Put the new one on and adjusted it works great.
