Replacement for rubber exterior window seal?

Rebedded a forward window yesterday, and upon completion inserting the rubber seal on the exterior of the aluminum frame, it’s old and not plyable (as you would expect on an older trawler). I’m sure this stuff has a proper name that I’m not aware of, but where is a good to find replacement material?I’d guess this seal is probable 1/4 to 1/3 inch.

Following. I have similar rubber trim on my my windows and need to replace. I have no idea what it is called nor where I would find it.
