Soon [during this century and into next] eco-systemic temperature increases [if allowed to continue] will create debilitating climate and environmental overloads; climate/environmental changes that will establish death-creating circumstances for civilization. Up to millions of extinctions for other life forms will develop.
Relativity – [overheat-reasons needing to be addressed]: For reasons, your boat engine continues to gain heat, hours travel remain to reach land; and, you know that heat remediation efforts must be immediately undertaken… in order to reach land. Initial anthropogenic induced cause of global heat increase: During recent 100 years an influx of solar heat absorbing carbon dioxide was thrust into atmosphere. Atmospheric parts per million [PPM] of CO2 currently stand at 417.12 PPM [2.62 PPM increase in one year]. Pre industrial global atmosphere CO2 averaged 280 PPM.

Full-Cycle, Carbon Neutral: Atmospheric CO2 based fungible/drop-in gasoline, diesel and jet fuels will come into existence for helping to keep the over two billion vehicles with ICE propulsions up and running without throwing newly-added CO2 into atmosphere. This global effort will create new-source liquid hydrocarbon fuels that enable reductions of crude oil's new CO2 emittance into atmosphere while simultaneously, in several ways, assisting the reduction of atmospheric CO2 PPM.
