Commercial Plastics in Seattle seems to have the best pricing and they generally can cut it either while you wait or before you come pick it up...

For reference, I just bought a 60"x20"x3/4" non-skid sheet for about $19.50 a sqft...

There are bound to be mobs in the US doing pre glassed panels
Rather than use the honeycomb panels, use nidacore since it is closed cell foam.
