When we bought William the old rail cap stringers were not completly inline with the sheer and the true sheer line did not show up. When we rebuilt the rail we made sure to capture the true sheer line .
So show some pics of sheer lines . Some of those Pacific Northwest work boats would be great .

I'll play. I scanned in my E size drawing of an NT26 and removed the house with Adobe Pro. Looks pretty good to me.

Not quite a BC work boat, but shows that heritage a wee bit me-thinks;

This is gonna be fun .Those tugs have some sheer . Man you guys have some beautiful cruising grounds . Thanks for the pics. To me the Nordic 26 is the best looking in the fleet of NT.

Sometimes, when delusional and blissfully unaware of how much work would be involved, that's what I'd like Badger's arse end to look like.

First two pics are just before we bought Willy. Taken by the professional photographer that owned her before us.
Third pic was just after a light re-fit in Craig AK.
Third was taken in Duncan Canal east of Petersburg AK.
Last is the nice sheer on our dink that is emphasized by the echo image of the imitation plank laps.

Partial view of our sheer and full view of our view. Being on the outside slip is nice...

Another shot emphasizing the sheer of Okisollo. Too bad I wasn't closer.

Interesting to see what a difference the sheer makes on a boat.
These two are the same model boat,one pre 1983 and one post.
Main change was in the sheer,huge diff in the look of the boat.
Cheoy Lee sold hardly any of the flatter sheer boats,add a bit of curve and the boat sold quite well for another 20 odd years.

"FIESTA" our 1949 J. J. Taylor & Sons "Taylorcraft" we owned her for 13yrs. Exceptionally well designed & constructed small yacht. I always liked the style of a raised deck.
