I see three persons on the bridge and upper deck when 125' brand new boat took off. Appears one stayed at the helm during beginning, while accelerating and to point of coming to a stop. Initial surge of water at transom shows the engines were really cranking at first. Seems that when boat stopped by collision the engines were shut off or at least out of gear.
I'm interested to learn if this accident was human fault or fault of apparatus??
