If you are looking for the originals they were never very good and they were virtually handmade by the family that finished the boat in Taiwan. Even if you find a scrap door from a marine surplus the locks and hinges may or may not be compatible.
However this frees you from the shackles of originally and allows you the option of any Perko or household lock that you desire. First fill in the existing holes with solid wood and mount your newly purchased and easily repaired lockset.
That's what I'd do.
