CAMMENGA 61 NORTH SEA TRAWLER motor yacht for sale | De Valk Yacht broker
Sorry , can't understand where is the 883000 € difference between this two boat ?
Same year, same hull model, same engine ... ?
That first Cammenga sold for 285 in September 22, I looked at this one seriously as it had an incredible rebuild. The engine room however did not look nearly as good as the rest of the boat. I really liked the little wooden boat on the deck, they used that for storage.
The next few that have sold were all in the 200s to 300s. They do not sell often.
That turquoise hull boat (they call it baby blue), look at that engine room and other details. I could take a small fortune to make it like new. I look at it like buying a classic car, in some cases, the cost of restoration is far less than what you will get for the boat. These are cool little ships, like your boat. And then there is metal, some people are afraid of metal due to the obvious maintenance. Although there is nothing stronger.
My favorite part of the owners write up is this: "
She needs attention like a teenage love". Now that is funny! Been a long long time since I even know what that felt like...but I get what he is talking about. He loves his boat.
Here is a little more information from the owner and brokerage:

HUNTER OWNER’S COMMENTS:
A very rare feeling when you are on board, you feel an absolute secure and love with her after 50 NM of Navigation. She becomes your body, embracing your soul, needs attention like a teenage love. When you are at helm you become her. He adds that; she was above what I had expected before the purchase. You don’t need to think about weather conditions when you cast off. The Gardner’s sound, classical lines, tackling with sea, comfort, mechanical confidence; to me she is the Rolls Royce of the Seas on the other hand she is quite efficient in terms of equipment costs, diesel and other running costs comparing to her competitors around this range. She meets everything you need at sea, ocean. None stop pleasure on board is guaranteed. Just One more thing; an advice for her next owner: don’t get surprised when everyone takes many photos wherever you go…
BROKER’S COMMENTS:
After the purchase of our beloved client’s Ex Sarah Jane II in Sardinia in 2021, we brought back to Turkey, handed over to client successfully, the owner was so keen to modernize and upgrade her into a fully liveaboard boat which took him approx 2 years. Now it is time to go for new projects.
