For those using sodium percarbonate, are you using it alone? I switched from Happy Campers to Noflex in 2023, and while Happy Campers was good, Noflex is better. It seems that sodium percarbonate might be just as good and a lot more economical.
I have Noflex and it is really good. I also have used straight sodium percarbonate as a preventive. It also seems to work well. However, I’ve got a bubbler in the tank so with or without No-flex or sodium percarbonate, I never have any odor. Unless I have turned off the bubbler for an extended period with contents in the tank. That odor disappears after an hour or so of turning the bubbler bank on on.

Hi Don,
I'd be interested is knowing more about the bubbler system you built. photos, link to site, details?
If the link works, I’ve written out a description of how I did it. Largely based on Bachus and other’s prior work.

Let me know if the link does’t work.

I switched from Noflex to generic sodium percarbonate. For me it works better, but that's probably because now I'm not so stingy with it. That Noflex stuff was too expensive to waste!
