Frozen A/c rotary selector switch

Need a little help. I have a frozen six position A/C selector. It will not turn, stuck on 240v shore power and I need it to rotate to generator. Looking online it seems to be a older BlueSeas switch. But they only show a three position switch now.
The boat is a 1991 53ft Tollycraft.
Thanks for any input on how to unstick the switch

Does it push in or pull out while you turn it?

Mine was a Kraus and Naimer.

Very easy to service is not too badly corroded. They are pricey but Kraus and Naimer makes a bunch of different models. The pic is just a random one, not meant to match yours.

You will probably have to swap it out but have you tried anything like a contact cleaner? Maybe even WD40.

It is most likely a kraus Naimer as mentioned by Psneeld. It is a common failure when the switch is over heated. Over heating is caused either by running at max capacity for to long or bad connections.

The switch will have a part number on it, usually starts with a C.

You can not fix the switch, it has melted internally.

We lost our switch 10 years ago because of corrosion/bad contacts. Fortunately we were on the boat. I replaced ours with a Blue Seas. Hobo was only wired for 120 vac.

Thanks for the help. 100% correct about the switch. Part #C43 .
$1680 and 6 to 8 weeks. Going to patch in a BlueSeas 2 position switch for now, one for generator second for 120volt shore power. I will have the stuck switch for 240 volt 50 amp shore power.

Seems low on price but I have seen them in the $200-$400 range when I was pricing a similar switch for my boat.
