If the marina is kept in good shape why seek someone else?
I do hope there are discussions between the city and the operator and any problems are ironed out.

Let's just say there could be valid reasons or bogus reasons. Those making the decision for the town generally know nothing about operating a marina and often think the city should get much more for the lease. They don't find out the truth until they change.

Wifey B: You you do? Do what? Believe it?:confused:

Don't B confused. Double "you" was a computer glitch that I didn't notice. the meaning is what you believe it to mean! Some things do matter... to some people!! :D :flowers:

Before you make any moves, you might try cruising with both dinks…
Congrats on the new boat, you will have a fun season.

Thanks! I that’s kind of the plan. Mess around and see how it goes. The kids are 7 and 8, last year the 4 of us fit ok and the little boat performed pretty well. As they grow we will probably need larger if we end up using the dinghy a lot.

I definitely like the idea of the 9.9 for training them, the 20 is a handful but for me I like it.

Thanks!
