Congrats on the safe crossing. That would have been pretty lumpy in a slow boat towards the end I assume?

Nice!! Thought it would get a bit sporty, especially for the 19. Well done having him run right in your wake so the big boat would break the seas for him.

He said the ride in Lamont was nice. It handled the waves very well.

I can’t ask too much out of a boat that was a former rental boat. It’s beat but it works well for the islands. I’m just amazed the 1993 Evinrude 130 that I put on it ran for 5 hours without so much as a hiccup!

Just be sure to stay away from the Bermuda Triangle.

25yr old Evinrude does the crossing. That is saying something. Kudos.

Wifey B: And why would he worry about it in the Bahamas?

That is exactly how it starts. Someone says "Bermuda Triangle". Then someone says "I thought it was the Bahamas Triangle". "Where are we anyway"? … And they are never heard from again.

I like this thread and am thinking I would like to be in the Bahamas now.

Wifey B: Well, it's because Mark lives in Ensenada.

Same proximity.
