Bilge monitoring with maretron RIM100

I have a maretron RIM100 monitoring all my bilge pumps. The unit counts cycles and cumulative run time. I want to create alerts for when any bilge pump cycles say more than 5 times in a 1 hour period or the cumulative runtime exceeds 5 minutes within a 24 hr period. I can easily create an alert for when the cycle count hits 5 times or cumulative runtime is 5 minutes but I can’t figure out how to condition it on a time period. If there was a way to automatically reset the counter/timers on a set schedule it would work but this doesn’t appear possible.

Any maretron users out there know how to do this?
