Seems like a solid boat from just the pics. Frankly I'd be happier with those engines than my big 6-cyl turbos. The first owner of my boat did the repower. Oh well.
Most of the later 36's had a centerline berth in the aft cabin instead of the opposite-side bunks. I guess that's a personal preference.
My survey dinged the wipers, too. PO had bought replacement motors but wired them up wrong. The switch is on the ground side. Oops. My guess is your insurance company will want that and the electrical work fixed, so factor that into the price. The electronics are the usual mix you'd find on any old boat. Presumably you'll want some upgrades. Autopilot is nice to have, but may not be critical depending on where you go.
I can't advise you on the price. Their figure is probably a bit high, as asking prices usually are. It's hard to price a boat that old. So much depends on condition, the market and finding the right buyer. Of course you should get a survey if you haven't already.
