46 Classic - Aft Cabin Ladder HW?

My 2001 46 classic has the 3 step ladder to allow easy access via the aft hatch/entry. The ladder has all HW attached and the catches for securing the ladder in the stowed position are there but what is not installed / missing is the cabinet side HW to secure ladder to the drawer cabinet when the ladder is in the down position. My assumption is the attachment HW was designed to allow the ladder to easily pivot between the "in use" position and the stowed position, but that is just my assumption.

There are no screw holes in the cabinet facia at all, so I’m not sure hw was ever installed. I’ve uploaded pictures and would love to see pic’s of similar style of connection hw, and info on whether they are meant to allow pivoting, or just slide the ladder off the hw for stowing. Anyh potential sources for the mounting brackets would also be greatly appreciated (maybe CKS has some among his parts supplies?).
