do the bolts holding the cutless bearing casing go through? and if not, what's the best way to remove the bearing?
 
It looks like my, 98 MS 30 Pilot, bolts go thru. This is just by looking at pictures. Best ones I have.
Can't get to the boat right now.

thanks for the pic - I'm trying to keep the boatyard from doing anything that will harm rather than help

Shaft log tube repair that looks cheap and easy, no more $10,000.00 repair bills for leaky shaft log tube. Wish I'd seen this before.
