Sadly, my father passed away and we need to sell the boat. I'd love to keep it but it doesn't make sense to keep her. Dad never let maintenance slide and someone could change out the soft goods to make this boat their own. The boat was painted within past 5 years. Always in a covered freshwater slip since 2008. I have all the original paperwork, manuals and wiring diagrams
Twin Volvo Diesels
Westerbeke 11kw Diesel generator
Racor fuel filters
All teak interior is arranged in the conventional manner with the portside galley forward and a built in L-shaped dinette and settee aft. There is an abundant amount of under seat storage and a custom built 3 drawer cabinet with huge drawers that lock shut to prevent opening in rough seas. The lower helm is forward on the starboard side with a door to the outside at the helm. The main entrance is the door at the stern that opens into the center of the main salon.
The galley has a double sink with filtered cold water, microwave, new refrigerator, and a four-burner stove. Multiple cabinets provide a great amount of storage space.
Two staterooms are located below with the master cabin aft. The head with separate shower stall is located to starboard. Custom storage is located below master stateroom bunk. Hanging lockers and additional storage is located in both staterooms.
All the ships controls and electrical switches are located at the lower helm along with all the main navigation and operating systems controls. The upper helm includes a large settee with table, operating controls.
The boat is located at Joe Wheeler State Park Marina on the TN River and is ready tp start the loop/
