Thanks for all the replys. Went to check the linkage and the shaft was not connected to the transmission! Made a funny sound whe turned. I am a diver, looked at the prop and shaft it was wedged againts the rudder. Pushed it foewarsd and now turns fine with no play. Waiting in a new coupler...

Hi i am ferrying my boat from vt to fl and made it to Cape May, NJ. I stopped and helped another trawler that was aground, ended up freeing the trawler but wrapped my prop in his anchor line. Was able to free the line. Continued on for 2 hours and when docking the transmission would not go...

Thanks for the help. Reread the manual and I missed purging the injectors. Followed the procedure she starts and runs fine. The lift pump is definitely weak. Using the inline squeeze pump definately did the trick. Sent from my GT-N5110 using Trawler

Changed the water seperator filter and the engine ran fine. Switched tankes but turned the return off by mistake (new boat to me with four Tanks and a confusing array of valves) Engine ran for about 30 seconds and quit Disassembled several valves to verify flow paths ended up replacing one...

Great post, looks like your just on or just past the optimal point. See attached image If you would be kind enough to post speed, rpm and fuel flow starting at 700 rpm the optimal rpm for maximum range could easily be found. Sorry for the non labeled spreadsheet, working on a small android system
