Teak work

Its amazing what you can do with teak. My joints are failed and no room to install new sealant. I routed out the joints. Installed new sealant. Ground down 60/80/120 grits and looks like new. I have used a sealant from teak decking system. We will see how this does.

Is that one a finished sealed product? Or sanded before sealing? Thanks

Sanded before sealing. Sealed everything over the weekend forgot to take pics.
