Marine electric services needed

I am looking for a marine electric company to help me repair the electrical system in my 1981 CHB 34 trawler. Back in May, my vessel took on a substantial amount of salt water and damaged a good portion of my electrical systems. The vessel was hauled out and has been sitting with absolutely none of the electrical repair being done since then. I hired a Marine Electrician, MD Electric and they have been useless. This is an insurance claim and I cant believe that my vessel has been stagnant with very little communication. The engine and transmission has been checked and is fine.

The hull intrusion has been repaired and my vessel was relaunched and sitting back in my slip at Foss Marina in Tacoma WA.

Im completely lost on who to contact.

Any help would be great.

My vessel cannot move unless it is towed, so a mobile service is a must.
