Magnet on Lewmar windlass

Does anyone know Where exactly is the magnet located on a Lewmar vertical-axis windlass, that is used for the chain counter?

I installed a chain counter on my Lewmar and the magnet I had to install is on the spool. If I remember correctly I had to enlarge a preexisting hole on the back of the spool in order to glue the magnet with epoxy.
