So, finally got this resolved.
I could find only two places that had Hurricane Haul out guarantee contracts.
This was for keeping a boat in Jacksonville, FL. So If you are in a different area, do your own research.
Brunswick Landing Boat Yard has a limited number of spaces. They reach capacity each year for this service. A majority of those are taken by folks in the adjacent marina. The contract period is from June 1 to May 31. Those holding contracts are not required to notify the yard that they wish to reup until May 15. So if you are looking , as I was, for a contract in April, you are out of luck. The price depends on boat length, for me it would have been $1,500. This includes haul out , stands and blocking. tie downs are extra.
The second place I found, which was much closer ( BLM is 90+ miles from my home marina, this place is 23 miles up the river) has asked to remain nameless. Most of their space is reserved for their own customers, and the big travel lift they use for larger boat haul outs is not dependable, so they aren't really looking for more customers. They do have a contract form for hurricane haul outs. It's a 500$ no return deposit and $1000 for each haul out, which includes blocking, stands and straps.
