Hi Dave, welcome! I see you are from Staten Island; where are you going to keep your boat? We used to use Great Kills as our base when visiting NYC. One of our favorite harbors. I see that they are going to allow Nicholls to rebuild, and the rebuilding is slow for those on the north side such as Atlantis, Mansion, and the yacht clubs.. still true?
