Cummins 5.9 WIF light and alarm

Hi. I have a single Cummins 5.9 6Bt (2000) with upper and lower helm. Lower helm has no issues. Upper helm has WIF light and alarm. I’ve replaced both Racors and the secondary filter on the engine. No water evident, but I did not drain the Racors, just bled them. I sprayed the board and connectors with WD40. I unplugged the WIF light from the board. I also unplugged the “ground” connector on the PCB. That stopped the alarm and all gauges still work. Again, no lights or alarms on the lower helm. What to do? Thanks

May not be related but we had a motorhome with a 5.9 Cummins. It would get occasional WIF alarms when we drove in heavy rain. The water would get into the connector on the engine and give a false WIF alarm.
