Toki

Toki, my 2016 Ranger 27 tug, is up for sale. $145,000. Excellent condition, well maintained. About ~750 engine hours on the 220HP Volvo D4 (only 4 R27's made with this engine, standard is the 200HP). See the details and pictures here: https://www.shipharboryachts.com/yacht.cfm?table=toki&name=Toki&n=16&desc=Ranger Tug 27&s=2
This boat has been in charter the last few years, and has done quite well in paying for itself through charter revenue. The charter company has maintained it impeccably, including dives, inspections and cleaning between each use, and attending to any maintenance or repairs professionally and immediately. We've also had no problem taking it out for personal use any time we want. The charter company would love to keep it in charter if the buyer is interested. It's fully equipped for charter including RIB with outboard and davits, fully stocked galley, linens, safety equipment etc., all of which goes with the boat. Again, we've been able to just about pay the boat expenses through charter revenue, including loan payments, moorage, insurance, and maintenance. Of course, if the buyer wants to take it out of charter that's fine too.
Features of the Ranger 27 are, amazing comfort and amenities in a 27 foot package, handling and maneuverability (bow and stern thrusters!) and the economy plus speed of the semi-displacement hull. At ~7 knots she sips less than 2 gal/hr, but she'll also cruise at 15 knots if you're in a hurry. It's also trailerable, easily pulled with a standard pickup without special permits.
She's located in a sweet slip in Anacortes (transferable if you keep it in charter), in the heart of the San Juans. Her last charter of the season ends Oct 2 and she's available right after. Let me know if you're interested.
