FRESHWATER ONLY! Very popular among Great Loop boaters, Mainship's 34 Trawler is a top choice for extended coastal and Great Lakes cruising, and also makes an exceptional weekender. With a semi-displacement hull and full keel, Good Vibrations, a Federally Registered vessel, is considered a "fast trawler", capable of getting up on plane when the need arises. Or enjoy a leisurely slow cruise when time is not a factor. The single stateroom interior layout is quality-built for the cruising couple and provides a spacious salon area and well-equipped step-down galley.
She's exceptionally well-fitted out with all the traditional cruising amenities, including a fully-instrumented upper helm station plus a beauty of a traditional lower helm. The enclosed full-beam bridge extends aft over a good sized cockpit that offers a sturdy transom door to the swim platform. Bow and stern thrusters, with a wireless remote control, provide great maneuverability in really tight docking and locking situations. No more having to pull the boat onto the dock; just press a button on the remote on the lanyard around your neck, and she gently returns to the dock. And the twin Yanmar 240 diesels are still sitting at just over a 1000 hours with many happy miles to go.
This rare, head-turning freshwater Mainship is in really good condition and won't remain on the market for long. Just try to find another one in Ontario! There are not many, and they rarely come on the market. If an extended cruise is high on your bucket list, don't miss out on this beauty!
Good Vibrations is ready to go tomorrow. And there's still plenty of season left this year to enjoy with your family and friends. There's even a Canada Parks seasonal lockage and mooring pass included, for the Trent Severn Waterway, Rideau Canal and Canadian National Parks. And the latest Ports Guides for the TSW and Georgian Bay.
