Problem resolved Repairs made to a few wires, back online.

Thanks so much for your help, found the sensor, the nema bus and the problem. broken wire on sensor. Pictures below to complete the topic.

Looking at the 4212 Installation Manual, I don't think I have found the bus as it is described in the diagram below from the manual. I need to go back to the boat and find out where these network connections are.

Tried all the suggestions above, removed every plug on the unit and reattached. Did the software update, crawled around under the flying bridge, nothing really looks amiss. Found two fuses, disconnected and checked, reseated and reconnected. Restarted unit multiple times along the way, no...

I assume you are referring to the internal GPS sensor, I will try that out today, I have never updated the software, owned the boat for 4 years, so might need update.

Thanks Pete, I will get down on the boat this afternoon and hunt down these sensors. I did change out the thermostat, so I had the expansion tank and outlet hose off, probably over there somewhere I disturbed the wire. -kurt

Would love to know where mine is leaking, can't imagine how I would figure it out. No way to get under the tank, and only inspection port is really blocked by baffles inside to really see what is going on. -kurt

That is AYB in first pic, other pics were taken from Centerville Turnpike Bridge looking east (ICW south) I am assuming the 3 day strong NW wind pushed the Currituck Sound south and since the locks prevent "filling" the ICW from the north, the ICW was drained also. Regards, Kurt
