This is a simple process. I did mine at purchase by following the instructions. I had an error and CG contacted me, I revised and documentation was transferred. I also files a late renewal, paid a few dollars and had it back within 2 weeks.

390 water Try your hand first. The O rings go bad after a year or so.

390 leak Before you do too many tests check the fore and aft washdown faucets. A whack on the faucet will delay the need for immediate repairs.

I unscrewed the faucet, cut the hose and installed a 3 way valve to feed the washer or hose.

I installed a 110 volt pressure washer above the bow thruster, connected to water and ran a quick connect for the washer up to panel where the washdown is. I used fresh water as the flow rate is low. Great to wash anchor.

Towing I tow a 19 footbGrady behind my Mainship 390 with no noticeable difference than our 11 food Zodiac. I had Weaver davits for a while but found towing was equally effective in my case. Ymmv.

LED Flare It does flash a sos signal and is very bright.

Towing I rregularly tow a 19 Grady behind my Mainship. I would suggest be prepared to snugly side tie the CC. Locks are not an issue if you are prepared. Having the CC also can be a safety feature in the case of a power loss.
