    Blue water tank

I put vinegar in my water tank when leaving the boat for 5 days or more. Works like a gem. My question. Would this be a reason for seeing black restrictive grit on the filter screen? Usually will take 3 to 4 weeks to be noticed. I use 3 filters, 1 being carbon, from the dock. My thought is this...

    Bug out Boat

I have no interest in living through a nuclear war. In fact, if it were to happen, you can have my 2020 motor yacht. It’s got a full fuel tank and all 5 freezers are full. Note: I don’t think navionics will be up and running. Bring paper charts and a long pole because I believe the sonar will be...

We had a sailboat pull anchor and land on our bow the first week we had our new ST. Both parties contacted our insurance companies and I ended up getting paid through his. They were very nice about the incident.

We have the 47 and after one week welcome the sound. I think the only way to totally eliminate the sound is to dry dock the boat.

    Bow Thruster vs Stern Thruster

I vote for what wets your whistle. Learned on just a bow thruster. Now have both. I very rarely ever use them. If I did have to have one I would offer stern to the dock and keep the thruster in front of me (so yes bow thruster), but also works by offering bow to dock.
