I’m in the second year, no issues at all, however my aft bemini is very rigid, very well braced and reinforced. The flex is to conform, not to flex in use , I can see it would be a problem if they were flexing and flopping.

Solar panel install on Bimini Installed 3 175 watt Renogy flex panels on my fly aft Bimini. Added an extra layer of Sunbrella backing and used stainless 1/4 turn latches, was able to clench on the 1/4 turn backings onto the plastic flex panels.
