    fuel tank inspection plate bolt weeping

    Well, if it's diesel, (not had experance on gas) you will need to re-thread the bolts 'nut' the plate that the bolt screws into. Often times (me included) we over tighten the bolt resulting in the 'nuts' thread being damaged. You could check this thread with a magnifying glass or similar to look...
