    Let me be clear....it was not their fault....but they own the boat so they are responsible. That is just the way it works! That is why you carry enough insurance to cover all of these things. If your dog bites someone, you did not do the act, but you are responsible for your dog since you own it.

    I agree with what you said! They did not start the fire on purpose, but they own the boat and are the ones responsible.

    We are at Catawba Landing dock 170. Did not get to go up this weekend, Was loading the car and discovered a flat tire...so had to get that taken care of today..... So have to look forward to next week. We used to live in Dublin, but now live out in the country in Marengo.

    Great loop boat

    Thanks for the links that you shared! I have a 32' 1983 Bayliner 3270 MY. It is a trawler type boat especially with the 6 cylinder engines that it has. I was wondering if it could be a loop boat or not. After seeing your links above, I have no doubt that it could. Thanks!
