Ok. Time to revive this thread. Does anyone have any wiring diagram, partial list of numbers, position on terminal strip, crystal ball etc. ? My distribution panel is rusty/corroded etc but has numbers on the wires. I'm figuring it out one at a time, but if we each contribute maybe we could...

Yeah , but 10 yrs on the hard with water half way up the engine adds a whole new dimension

Now that makes sense. I'll disconnect each one. I'm going to assume they are "make" to start. May have to do a pan of water Tks! Well, ALL wires half way down on engine are black.............

Ok, but there are no wires near it. I have done no repairs in that area. The other 2 are wired.

Here's a pic. 2 prong sensor at top rear of tank has no wires near it. Other 2 senders are vertical into head just behind tank. One on stbd side wire is bundled with shut down wire

Stairs- buy a 3 step, transpose it for how many you need & return it. Or, you could do rise/run

On my engine, it looks like 2 sensors. One is in the head port side vertical behind tank. Other is horizontal center rear of tank. I see no wires that were ever connected to this one, it has 2 connections. Other has one. Anyone shed some light here ?

I dont have one. Just saying their parts are reasonable & fit Lehman mostly. Buy the guys who pinged you first

If you don't buy his, try a New Holland tractor dealer. It's a Ford diesel & I got my starter from one.

Used to use coffee pot "Dip it" on corroded connections. Amazing! Of course like everything else that really worked, not available anymore

Remove the screw, see if it is bottoming on the shaft. If it is, add a couple of washers larger than the shaft and retighten. I've never seen a wheel that doesn't need a couple

I had a geese problem on my lawn, waterfront. Spool of welding wire, 2 strips 4" apart stapled to bulkhead. Plugged into 110v. They're too lazy to fly , and I got revenge when they ran to jump in

Should note you can't do it w a car gauge, & you'll need the correct adapter.

Racor was the air leak. I'm good now, electric pump did it but slow. But on priming the filters, I noticed the input side of the 2 engine mount filters looks like maybe an unused 3/4" inlet fitting. I'm gonna buy a street ell to act as a funnel & leave it on w the same plug in it.
