Can anyone give me a reliable figure of gallons per hour fuel usage at cruising speed (7 knots) for this configuration? I would be much obliged.

I just listened to a webinar by Great Lakes Cruising club on cruising Georgian Bay and the presenter said the Canadian authorities are strict about enforcing it.

I haven’t used it but I’m thinking it’s saving grace will be that there is very, very little in the water.

I saw this pic on the web. It looks like a workable lift that would attach to our Albin 36 transom or swim step or taffrail (not sure which is best) to move outboard to/from dinghy. Anybody got one like it? Or a better idea?

I’m not sure yet. I can give you a better opinion after our summer cruise. The little bit of harbor maneuvering I did since buying the boat has not revealed any liability with the way it is. But I was standing.
