Thanks for the advice. The stanchions were rebedded. There are some very extensive maintenance notes from the previous owner. I have been retyping them as an exercise to help me learn about the boat. I also just figured out how to tell from the HIN what # hull we have. It is actually #12.

We are learning and doing projects also. Love her so far. Glad to hear you your boat survived the storm. Our boat is currently 1 hr away on the hard. Sucks to be driving back and forth all the time. Lots of stuff to do before she hits the water in October though.

Don’t know if you have key bank on the east coast. The branch in Anacortes Washington told me they will loan on any boat regardless of age. Up to 90% of the survey value.

There is a waiting list at pretty much every marina. I am calling around but if I do purchase a boat I might need to keep it on the hard in Anacortes. We are on the waiting list (2+ years) in Everett right now. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I looked at the Lady Anne in La Conner yesterday. I liked it but the wife said thumbs down. Leaning towards the Manatee but want to see the CHB before I decide.
