How do you use your generator?

Start it before we leave the dock, and don't shut it down till we're back connected to the dock.

    What's your haulout schedule

    Once a year.

    Emergency Bilge pump installed

I look at it like this: 180GPM vs 30-40GPM I say 30-40 because as one gets tired you won't be pumping as much. So as long as the generator is above water we're good. But if it goes beyond that I'll be getting the inflatable raft and cutting the straps on the tender. :D

Yep, no manual pump. Not too worried about it.

    Island Cruising

Cruising the Bahamas is great, I should have a few threads on our travels over there. Having practically grown up going there in partial in my opinion, but it's beautiful. We also like being able to anchor out for a few days then come into a nice marina for a little dock time then off to the...

    Reversing camera for GB46eu

Be careful the go pros have a delay, so I wouldn't rely too much on it

    2 Generators

Yeah and no. Lines on a dozer take FAR more abuse then some lines clamped to a bulkhead or in a PVC chase. Most of what I've heard and seen hydraulically failing on boats are seals.

    Reversing camera for GB46eu

You could run Cat5e and use baluns at each end or use a POE camera, both of which only require to run one Cat5e cable.

    Summer Cruising Plans

So as it is now we'll be spending a couple weeks in the Abacos from June 18-26th, or more as we rented a house in Hopetown so we're going to bring the boat there and have friends fly in. After the Abacos we'd like to hit the Exumas but we'll see how that goes, as we can't get away for more then...

How long was your boat for sale?

Two weeks, we got full asking price. Got what we had originally paid for it but put many boat bucks into it that weren't recouped but that was to be expected.

    Show your sheer line

I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder. I think the shear line is very appropriate to the boat. Just looks right, but of course that's just me. Designer definitely knows what he's doing, as this specific company (Bayliss Boatworks) are know for their sportfishermans. Which are all custom...

Roll Stabilizers at Anchor or Moored

It's my understanding they "doggy paddle", at least I know that's how ABT's star system utilizes the fins at rest.

    Furuno GPS antenna connector (THC)

Those are re-usable. Just take it apart and unsolder the little gold tip off the center conductor. I just recently did this, and re used the old connector. Here's the instructions on how to terminate: http://www.furunousa.com/ProductDocuments/TNC%20Connector%20-%20Exploded%20View.pdf

    Watermaker

We love our WaterMakers inc, with auto back flush. Love it. Best additions by far to the boat, that and a big water pump.

    Where did you grow up?

Well so far it's been about two miles from the beach, around little boats and more recently bigger ones. :D

    New Outboard

Wonder if it's available in bulk? As we buy Rec 90 for our shop. We switched over awhile ago and haven't looked back, the little discrepancy in price worth it, as all our trucks and toys get filled for there. That really sucks if it's not even available commercially.
