I'm not sure I'd sell her. So You would need to look for another one. Sometimes a few are to be found. Perhaps three to five each year. Sadly I don't know how many there are left.
I haven't really considered your question before. But no. I can't see how seawater could find it's way into a cylinder even though something in the heat changer / exhaust area would fail/break.
